Default F23A1 in a CB7

Hey guys! Haven't posted to the site in a good while. Been pretty busy with that daddy life lately! Haha. Long story short, I recently aquired a 1990 Accord with a stock f22a1 and an auto H tranny (not sure which model), and the car only ran about a moth and a half before it took a dump on me @170k. By the looks of the inside of the oil pan, it looks like I spun a bearing/race and there are metal shavings and chunks everywhere. I've come across a good amount of credit at a local parts yard, and they've got an automatic 2001 Accord on the lot with an f23a1 single-cam vtec motor in it, and I also found another cb7 with a 5spd trans. Only thing missing is the shift linkage and hardware. So, I guess my question is has anyone ever done this? If so, what kind of wiring issues do I need to look out for? I've done an h23a1 swap and converted to manual before, so I am pretty familiar with CB's. But that motor is from a 93 prelude, so I really only had to swap ecu's. This will be my first time ading vtec.

Thanks in advance for all you help and advice!
